Status Explanations (Tokyo Time)

Normal

This means my services are **operating exactly as expected**.

• **Content Updates:** I'll be publishing new videos according to the channel's regular schedule.
• **Email Customer Service:** I'll respond to your emails as quickly as possible on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between **9 AM and 9 PM Tokyo Time**.

Limited Service

This means my services are **restricted or adjusted** in some way.

• **Content Updates:** Update frequency might be reduced, or video release times could change.
• **Email Customer Service:** Email response times might be slower, or replies may only happen during specific periods.

Stopped

This means my services are **completely unavailable**.

• **Content Updates:** No new videos will be published.
• **Email Customer Service:** I won't be responding to any emails.
